Use the request form below or message us on WhatsApp with your headcount, dates and destination. We agree the pickup point with you when you book.

We send a quote
Our team checks availability, sizes the fleet and sends you a clear, all-in price.

Confirm and pay
Approve the quote and pay the way that suits you — online by card, bank transfer, or cash at any of our branches. We then lock the coaches and crew and build the schedule with you.

We dispatch
Coach and crew arrive briefed. Your group boards with QR passes, and you follow the coach live from your phone.

What groups usually ask first.
How far ahead should we book?
As early as you can, especially around Ramadan and Eid, when coaches are in demand. Short-notice requests are welcome, and we will tell you quickly whether the dates work.
Can we book part of a coach?
Group hire is for the whole vehicle. If you only need a few seats, you can book individual seats on our coaches to Riyadh and Dammam, or apply for the Al Buraimi visa-change trip.
Where does the coach pick us up?
The pickup point is agreed with your group when you book. Tell us in your request where your group will gather, and we confirm it with your quote.
How do we pay?
Once you approve the quote we send an online payment link. Companies and agencies can also ask us about invoicing arrangements.
Can we follow the coach on the day?
Yes. Every dispatched coach carries a live-tracking link you can share with your team, and passengers board with their own QR passes.
Can the coach stay with us for several days?
Yes. Multi-day charters, waiting time and multi-stop itineraries are quoted as one package — just describe the programme in your request.
