How much luggage can I bring?
The checked allowance is printed on each trip when you book — for example 2 × 25 kg on the Saudi coaches — plus a small carry-on for the cabin. Extra kilos can be added at the counter before departure, subject to space.
Do I need a Saudi visa to book?
Yes. Every passenger crossing into Saudi Arabia needs a valid visa or eligible residency. Our team checks documents at boarding, but securing the right visa before travel is the passenger's responsibility.
How does boarding work?
Every ticket comes with its own QR code — one per passenger, not per booking. Show it on your phone at the pick-up point, our staff scan it, and you are on board. No printouts needed.
Can my family follow the coach?
Yes. Each booking carries a live-tracking link you can share. It shows the coach's position on the map for the whole journey, including the border crossing.
