Travel agencies
Book seats and issue e-tickets for walk-in and phone customers in the time it takes to print a receipt.
Partner programme
A partner portal for agencies, typing centers and travel desks: live seats, instant e-tickets and a shared wallet at agent net rates. And for coach operators, a ready sales network with a documented monthly settlement.
Self-serve application. Belad reviews every organization by hand before the portal opens.
Who it's for
If your customers already ask you about Saudi Arabia and Oman by road, the portal lets you answer with a ticket instead of a phone number.
Book seats and issue e-tickets for walk-in and phone customers in the time it takes to print a receipt.
Add coach tickets and wholesale visa-change packages to the services your counter already handles.
Move groups overland on scheduled departures, with every passenger holding their own QR pass.
Book staff travel at fixed net rates, with one statement a month for finance to reconcile.
What you get
Live seat availability on every trip you're allowed to sell, and an e-ticket issued the moment you confirm.
Every ticket is priced by the system at your partner tier. No haggling per booking, no surprises on the statement.
One organization wallet funds every seat your team sells, with a statement of every movement.
Give each agent their own login. They share the wallet; you see who sold what.
Your agency's name and logo on the QR ticket the passenger boards with.
Paste one snippet and your site shows the live Belad trips you can sell — no development needed.
Availability, quotes, bookings and cancellations from your own system, scoped to your organization's catalog.
Approved partners see net rates on Oman visa-change packages inside the portal and sell them from the same wallet.
How onboarding works
Sign in or create a free account, then fill in your company details. It takes about three minutes.
Our team checks the organization by hand. Your portal shows “under review” until it's approved, and you get an email the moment it is.
Top up the wallet, add your team and issue your first e-ticket — or turn on supply if you run coaches.
For transport operators
Your trips sell online, at our counters and across our agency network — on your approval, trip by trip. We run the bookings, the boarding and the ledger; you run the coach.
Online, branch counters and the partner network from day one. You choose which trips are listed, and to whom.
An agreed commission rate, frozen on every entry at the time of sale. Nothing is repriced after the fact.
A letterhead statement each month with every sale and its commission, settled to you on schedule.
A dispatch gate that blocks departures on expired documents, QR boarding for every passenger and live tracking on every run.
Operators apply through the same form. During review, tell our team about your fleet and we switch on supply for your organization — you can sell our seats and supply your own trips from one account.
