Where you board

You board at our Sharjah office in Al Soor, near King Faisal Mosque. Arrive early with your passport, visa and QR e-ticket to hand, so the team can check you in before your bags go into the hold. Coming from Ajman? Buy your ticket at our Ajman office if that is easier, then board here: Dammam coaches do not board in Ajman. Our Dubai and Abu Dhabi offices are the other boarding points.

Arriving in Dammam

On arrival in Dammam, collect your hold luggage and check you have everything before you leave the coach. Ask our team for the exact arrival point when you book, then plan your onward ride, whether you are staying in Dammam or heading to a nearby city in the Eastern Province. Your live tracking link lets whoever is collecting you watch the coach approach.

Before you travel

Documents first: a passport for everyone, plus a valid Saudi visa or Saudi iqama for most nationalities, while GCC citizens travel with their national ID. UAE residents should also carry their Emirates ID. The Saudi authorities set the entry rules and they can change, so check the official Saudi visa platform or a Saudi embassy before booking. At the land border you go through passport control on both sides and a customs check. Keep your documents, phone charger and medication in your hand luggage, and do not carry parcels or bags for anyone else. A hold luggage allowance comes with your ticket; ask about extra items when you book.
