Where you board
Your boarding point in Dubai is our head office in Al Murar, Deira, on Al Khaleej Road, and your e-ticket shows your departure details. Come early: our team scans your ticket and checks your passport and visa before boarding, and your luggage goes into the hold. Riyadh coaches also board at our Sharjah and Abu Dhabi offices if one of those is closer. Some Riyadh departures also board at our Ajman office; your e-ticket names your boarding office.

Arriving in Riyadh
In Riyadh the coach arrives at the SAT station in Al Aziziyah. From the station you continue to your address by taxi or a ride-hailing app, so keep your phone charged, with roaming on or a Saudi SIM ready, before you leave Dubai. If someone is collecting you, share your live tracking link so they can see when the coach is getting close.
Before you travel
Bring your passport. Most travellers also need a valid Saudi visa or a Saudi residence permit (iqama), while GCC citizens can travel with their national ID card; if you live in the UAE, carry your Emirates ID too. Entry rules depend on your nationality and can change, so check them on the official Saudi visa platform or with a Saudi embassy before you book. At the land border you pass UAE exit and Saudi entry checks, and customs inspects luggage, so keep your documents and medication in your hand luggage. Your ticket includes a luggage allowance in the hold; ask us about extra or oversized items when you book.
