Why Belad
The road is long. The reasons are short.
Four reasons travellers and their families book the long road with us.
- 01
Licensed in Dubai since 1983
A licensed Dubai passenger transport company since 1983, travelling to Riyadh and Dammam with our partner SAT — one team from booking to boarding.
- 02
A QR pass for every passenger
Each traveller gets an individual QR boarding pass, scanned at the door — no paper lists, no shouting names in the car park.
- 03
Watch the coach, not the clock
Every booking carries a live-tracking link, so whoever is waiting at the other end can follow the coach on the map as it travels.
- 04
Arabic first, English always
Booking, tickets and support run in both languages, from your first message to the day you board.
Travel agents
Sell Belad seats from your own counter.
The partner portal gives agencies net rates, a live seat map and instant QR tickets — with your agency's name on the booking.
Before you travel
Five things people ask us.
How much luggage can I bring?
Your ticket includes a luggage allowance in the coach's hold, shown with each trip when you book, plus a small bag you keep with you. Travelling with extra or oversized items? Ask our team when you book.
Do I need a Saudi visa to travel?
Most travellers need a valid Saudi visa or a Saudi iqama; GCC citizens can travel with their national ID. Entry rules depend on your nationality and can change, so check them before you book. Our team checks documents at boarding, but getting the right visa before you travel is the passenger's responsibility.
How does boarding work?
Every ticket comes with its own QR code — one per passenger, not per booking. Show it on your phone at the pick-up point, our staff scan it, and you are on board. No printouts needed.
Can my family follow the coach?
Yes. Each booking carries a live-tracking link you can share. It shows the coach's position on the map during the trip.
Where do I board the coach?
Only at our own offices, never at malls, roundabouts or your door. Riyadh and Dammam coaches board at our Sharjah, Dubai and Abu Dhabi offices; the Al Buraimi visa-change trip boards at our Ajman, Sharjah and Dubai offices. You can buy tickets at all four offices.
