Your name and contact details (phone, email), booking and travel details, and — for visa applications — a copy of your residency, passport photo, personal photo and passport details.

Payments are processed by Tap Payments. We do not store your card details on our servers.

To fulfil your bookings, prepare and submit visa applications, communicate with you about your request, and meet legal obligations.

We share only the data needed with the competent Saudi authorities (for visas), our payment provider, and suppliers where necessary to deliver the service. We do not sell your data.

We keep data for as long as needed to provide the service and comply with the law, and we take reasonable measures to protect it.

You can request access to, correction of, or deletion of your data by contacting us.
