Privacy Policy

Your name and contact details (phone, email), and booking and travel details.

Payments are processed by our payment providers — Stripe and Tap Payments. We do not store your card details on our servers.

When you create an account in the Belad Al Sham app we store your email, phone number and name to secure your account, show your bookings and Passenger Card, and send booking confirmations and e-tickets. You can sign in with email, phone (a one-time code sent via WhatsApp or SMS), or your Google account.

We use your approximate country (inferred from your network) only to show the right routes, currency and prices. We do not track your precise location.

If you enable notifications we store your device’s push token to send booking confirmations and trip reminders. We collect anonymised crash and technical diagnostics to improve app stability. We do not use your data for advertising and we do not sell it.

To fulfil your bookings, communicate with you about your request, and meet legal obligations.

We share only the data needed with our payment provider, and with suppliers where necessary to deliver the service. We do not sell your data.

We keep data for as long as needed to provide the service and comply with the law, and we take reasonable measures to protect it.

You can request access to, correction of, or deletion of your data by contacting us.

You can permanently delete your account and personal data from within the app (Profile → Delete account), or by emailing info@beladelsham.com. We remove your personal data; booking and payment records required by law are anonymised and retained for accounting and regulatory purposes.
