Terms of Service

We provide passenger coach travel between the UAE and Saudi Arabia, Oman and Syria, plus assistance applying for a Saudi tourism visa and group bookings for Umrah & Hajj.

Prices are shown and charged in UAE Dirhams (AED) and processed securely through Tap Payments. A booking is confirmed once payment is successfully completed.

Prices and schedules may change, and the relevant authorities may suspend trips at certain times; we will make reasonable efforts to inform you of any change.

We assist only with preparing and submitting your visa application. The approval or rejection decision rests solely with the competent Saudi authorities, and we do not guarantee approval.

You are responsible for the accuracy of the documents and information provided, and for ensuring your passport and residency are valid for at least 6 months.

You agree to provide accurate information, not to misuse the site, and not to upload malicious files. We may refuse or cancel any request that breaches these terms.

Cancellations and refunds are governed by our Refund & Cancellation Policy.

We are not liable for delays or events outside our control (such as authority decisions or road/border conditions). Our liability is limited to the extent permitted by law.

These terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates and the Emirate of Dubai.
