Where you board

Your boarding point is our Abu Dhabi office on Al Nahhat Street, New Shahamah. Use the map on our Abu Dhabi office page to plan your route, and arrive early so the team can check your documents before your luggage goes into the hold. Have your QR e-ticket open on your phone or printed. Riyadh coaches also board at our Dubai and Sharjah offices, if one of those suits you better.

Arriving in Riyadh

The coach arrives at the SAT station in Al Aziziyah, Riyadh. Keep your passport and hand luggage with you while you collect your bags, then continue by taxi or a ride-hailing app. Your live tracking link is the easiest way for family or friends in Riyadh to know when to head to the station.

Before you travel

Pack your passport first. Unless you are a GCC citizen travelling on your national ID, you will normally need a valid Saudi visa or a Saudi iqama, and UAE residents should carry their Emirates ID as well. Saudi entry rules depend on your nationality and can change, so check the official Saudi visa platform or a Saudi embassy before booking. Expect passport control on both sides of the land border and a customs check of luggage; the crossing time varies, so keep water, snacks and any medication in your hand luggage. Your ticket includes a hold luggage allowance; ask us before you travel about anything bulky.
